Make Changes

    • I want to return my Lumo Lift or Lumo Run.

      To request the return for your Lumo Lift or Lumo Run for a refund, please submit a request here. Please note that the Lumo Lift has a 30 day return policy starting from the date your order was shipped.

      Once you’ve contacted us, we will review your request and will be in touch with you via email with an RMA number and instructions on how to return your Lumo Lift or Lumo Run.

      Note: Lumo Bodytech does not accept returns purchased through third party retailers.

      Please DO NOT send your Lumo Lift or Lumo Run to our warehouse or office location without an RMA number, as we will not be able to issue a refund without this information. We do not provide shipping labels.

    • How do I make changes to my order?

      Please contact support here as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to your order. Orders are processed and typically shipped within 1-2 business days, so it’s best to contact us as soon as possible so that we can amend your order before it is finalized and shipped.

      Please provide your order number, the email you used to make the purchase, and your request to either cancel or modify your order in the email to our support team to expedite the process. We will do our best to address your request in time, but please note that we may be unable to make changes to your order if it has already been finalized at our warehouse.
