      Having trouble?

       

      1. Check to ensure that your sensor is connected in your settings.
          1. Access App Settings by tapping the Settings icon in the top right corner
          2. Locate the image of the sensor at the top of the Settings screen and note the status "Connected" or "Not connected".



      Note: If your sensor is not connected, your “Start Run” button on your "New Run" tab will be greyed out.

       

      1. If your sensor is not connected, first make sure your iPhone’s bluetooth is turned on. If it is not you will likely see the message "Turn on Bluetooth to connect to Lumo Run" on your “New Run” screen. (Pic)

       

      To turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone:

      1.Open the iOS Settings option.

      1. Tap on Settings.
      2. Tap “General”
      3. Tap on “Bluetooth”
      4. Flip the on/off button to toggle Bluetooth to the "on" position

       

      Note: You can also use the iPhone shortcut menu to turn on your Bluetooth by swiping up on the bottom of any screen to access the Control Center quick menu and tapping on the Bluetooth icon.

       

      1. If your sensor is still not connected or has become disconnected, please follow the steps outlined below.
          1. Access App Settings by tapping the Settings icon in the top right corner
          2. Locate the image of the sensor at the top of the Settings screen and note the status "Connected" or "Not connected".
          3. If you are not connected, tap to connect.

      If your sensor continues to disconnect in the future, please reach out to the Lumo Run Community or our support team.

    • Is my Lumo Run sensor on?

      The Lumo Run sensor is always in an "on" or "standby" state as long as there is battery life left. For information on how to charge your sensor see “Charging Lumo Run Sensor”

    • Charging Lumo Run Sensor

      To Charge the Sensor, carefully remove the cap and plug in sensor as depicted below.

      The sensor’s LED lights will indicate if the sensor is charged:

        • A green light indicates that your battery is fully charged.
        • An orange light indicates that your battery is not fully charged and is charging.

      To check your exact battery level in the Lumo Run App

      1. Open the Lumo Run App and navigate to the Settings menu by tapping the Settings icon in the top right corner.
      2. Your battery level will be at the top of the Settings menu.
      3. You will also receive a notification on your mobile device and a message in the App if your sensor battery levels are low.

    • Where do I find the serial number on my Lumo Run sensor?

      The serial number can be found on the back of your Lumo Run sensor at the bottom.

      • Locate the writing on the back of your sensor.
      • The second half of the first line after the space should comprise 6 digits. This is your serial number.
