The battery will last at least one week on a full charge.
I went out for a 1 hr run today with battery fully charged and had the Lumo Run connected to my phone in order for it to provide me feedback. Towards the end of my run it kept disconnecting and reconnecting and the battery was empty.
Is this normal?
I ran today for 40 min. and it was fully charged when I started. By the time I hit 40 min. it was dead. It continually disconnected and reconnected throughout the run. Help!
I also have problems with the battery of the sensor - it will work fine if I go for a long run (yesterday was 1h30) but if I go for a short run (say 30') and then want to go for another run it won't work. Basically I need to charge the sensor before each run. Is this a common issue?
I had a similar problem, except mine showed fully charged at 100% and in the 10 minutes I walked around the house getting ready for my run it was giving me a dead battery warning and wouldn't even allow me to start a run with it. Seems like lots of people are having this problem, what are you guys doing to solve it?
Trent, I got support to confirm the resolution for this. Here's what they said:
" The plastic on the front of the sensor allows a tiny bit of sunlight to peak through and causes one of the sensitive electrical components to reset. In the meantime, you can correct this issue by flipping the sensor upside down in the clip, with the serial number facing up." Basically means you insert the sensor in the clip facing backwards (i.e. you don't see the small light). This has solved my problem. Hope this works for you.
Thanks Laurent, I'll try that.
