How accurate is the Lumo Run data?

For GPS data, which is your location data, Lumo Run is only as accurate as the data provided by your mobile device. The Lumo Run sensor does not track GPS, it uses the GPS data provided by your phone.

GPS data is used to create the map of your run, your distance and your pace. The accuracy of all these metrics will depend on your mobile device. Your Lumo Form metrics are independent of your GPS data accuracy. Therefore if your pace and distance seem off (e.g when you are running on a treadmill or indoors where GPS is often inaccurate) your form metrics will remain unaffected.
