    Can you please check for me when I purchased my limo lift? I believe it was in April 2016, but I'm not definite. I can't even begin to tell you what a change it's made in my life. Especially when I went in for my annual checkup and I had increased an inch in my height. I know it's related to posture. I have had so much neck pain for the last 5 years, and this has helped tremendously.
    I just can't find any receipt to figure out when I purchased it. Apparently, I didn't set up an account either. :(

    I spoke to tech support for the 2nd time on Thur April 13 or or Fri April 14. The technician said you would get back to me..
    Problem: Lumo wasn't used for several months - App will not work - Tried to enter new App but am having problems in making your system work. You were going to get back to me. This is a REMINDER that I am looking for your help on Mon. April 17, as promised.
