My Strava run data didn’t sync to my Lumo Run account, what do I do?

You must complete the permissions for connecting your Lumo Run account to your Strava account before going on a run in order for the data to transfer from Strava to Lumo Run. Data will only transfer to Lumo Run for runs that occur after you connect your accounts.

If you have already done this, first double-check that your run has uploaded to your Strava feed. Sometimes this can take some time if you are running with a GPS watch.

Once you have confirmed that your run appears in Strava, ensure that your phone is connected to the internet.

After that, click on the “Activity” tab in the Lumo Run app and pull down from the top of the screen to sync your data. Your Activity Feed should be updated with a new run card for your latest run. When this run first loads you may see a “no GPS” run card. Once the GPS data is fully synced from Strava, your run card will be updated to include your pace, distance, time, and route.

You may need to wait 5-10 minutes after a run for all of your data to transfer to your Lumo Run account.
