When I finish my run with Strava and my Lumo Run sensor, what do I do?

If you have already connected your Lumo Run account to your Strava account, your run data should automatically show up in your Lumo Run Activity Feed a few minutes after completing a run. Open your “Activity” tab in the Lumo Run app and pull down from the top of the screen to sync your data. When your run first loads into your activity feed you may see a “no GPS” run card. Once the GPS data is fully synced from Strava, your run card will be updated to include your pace, distance, time, and route. Sometimes it can take 5-10 minutes for this data transfer to happen.

Please note that Strava-only runs, i.e. runs without the Lumo Run sensor, will not appear in your Activity Feed in the Lumo Run app.
